For good

It’s not that I want to marry a “perfectly virtuous” man; I am not perfectly virtuous. I am worldly, I am selfish, I lack self-control, I seek the attention and approval of others; but I want to become less of these things. I don’t want to marry an ascetic, but I want to marry a man who is willing to question his motives and choices; who is willing to give up some of the things he loves in obedience to God--and for his own good.
